Meditteranean-style potatoes

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 700 grams of slices
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 red peppers
  • 200 grams green olives


  1. Fry the slices until golden brown in some olive oil.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the pepper and onion. Add these to the slices and fry.
  3. Finally, add the green olives.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
