Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 700 grams of slices
- 2 red onions
- 2 red peppers
- 200 grams green olives
Preparation:
- Fry the slices until golden brown in some olive oil.
- Meanwhile, chop the pepper and onion. Add these to the slices and fry.
- Finally, add the green olives.
- Season with salt and pepper.
