Wedges with spring union, garlic and sour cream

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 900 grams Wedges (2 bags)
  • 100 millilitres sour cream
  • Sprig of dill and parsley
  • Salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice


  1. Fry the wedges in the butter and a dash of oil for about 10 minutes until golden. Add a pinch of salt while frying.
  2. Press the clove of garlic and mix the sour cream with the garlic, pepper and some lemon juice.
  3. Garnish with some finely chopped dill and parsley.
