Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 900 grams Wedges (2 bags)
- 100 millilitres sour cream
- Sprig of dill and parsley
- Salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
Preparation
- Fry the wedges in the butter and a dash of oil for about 10 minutes until golden. Add a pinch of salt while frying.
- Press the clove of garlic and mix the sour cream with the garlic, pepper and some lemon juice.
- Garnish with some finely chopped dill and parsley.
