Creamy salmon platter with potato

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 450 grams of Quik’s pre-cooked potatoes
  • 500 grams of salmon fillet
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 50 grams of grated mature cheese
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Cut the peppers and onion into pieces. Put these pieces together with the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. Stir the crème fraîche loose with mustard and press the garlic above it. Add cheese and basil and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir this mixture into the baking dish.
  4. Then place the salmon fillet on the dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the salmon dish in the preheated oven for 20-25 min until golden brown and cooked…and enjoy!
