  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 200 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh sprig of thyme
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper and salt

  • 25 grams of unsalted creamed butter
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 150 grams of grated old cheese

  1. Remove the roast beef from the fridge 1 hour in advance and let it come to room temperature.
