Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 700 grams Frites
- 500 grams of cod
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 100 millilitres of milk
- 50 grams of breadcrumbs
- 30 grams flour.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- Mix the mustard with the milk. Pass the fish pieces first through the flour, then through the milk with mustard and finally through the breadcrumbs.
- Place the fish pieces on the baking tray and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until done.
- Deep-fry the Frites according to the instructions on the packaging.
