Fish and chips

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 700 grams Frites
  • 500 grams of cod
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 100 millilitres of milk
  • 50 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 30 grams flour.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  2. Mix the mustard with the milk. Pass the fish pieces first through the flour, then through the milk with mustard and finally through the breadcrumbs.
  3. Place the fish pieces on the baking tray and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until done.
  4. Deep-fry the Frites according to the instructions on the packaging.
