Loaded fries

Ingredients for 4 persons:

700 grams of Frites Homestyle
240 g chicken shawarma
150 grams grated young cheese
80 grams of mesclun salad
120 grams of shoarma sauce
30 grams of Samba sauce
3 teaspoons parsley
12 cherry tomatoes

Preperation

1. Deep-fry the Frites according to the instructions on the packaging.
2. Drain the Frites well and place them in an aluminium bowl.
3. Meanwhile, briefly fry the chicken shawarma. Then pour the chicken shoarma over the fries.
4. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and place the dish in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted.
5. Once the cheese is melted, remove the dish from the oven and spread a handful of lettuce over the dish.
6. Finally, put the Shoarma sauce and Samba sauce in diamond shapes on top of the dish. Garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
