900 grams Wedges (2 bags)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
100 millilitres sour cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Sprig of dill and parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 clove of garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Lemon juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fry the wedges in the butter and a dash of oil for about 10 minutes until golden. Add a pinch of salt while frying.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Press the clove of garlic and mix the sour cream with the garlic, pepper and some lemon juice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Garnish with some finely chopped dill and parsley.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
